Things to consider when you visit us for a Drive-thru Pickup:

  • WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN LOADED INTO YOUR VEHICLE. Please make sure you’re happy with the order before we load it.

  • You are required to stay in your vehicle at all times, unless you need to rearrange your trunk.

  • We are not answering questions in person. If you have a plant problem, contact us via email before visiting.

  • We are updating our inventory lists here: www.goldennursery.com/inventory

  • We do not have the staff to take phone orders. Place order requests on our website

  • Fulfillment of special orders may take longer than normal, we’re working with all available suppliers.

  • If you would like to cancel an order that was started before the ‘Shelter in Place’ — Use our Order Refund form at www.goldennursery.com/refund.

  • Delivery services, Design consultations, and Landscaper Quotes are on hold.
